Brendan recently finished a piece for top LA realtor Jeff Hyland. The contents of the piece explore the history of Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and even the Pacific Electric Railway. As far back as the early 1900’s , Los Angles had a working electric railway system that could take a passenger from San Diego all the way to San Francisco. Until Standard Oil and Firestone tire company took ownership and shut it down. Brendan also tried to tell the story of Beverly Hills and Bel Air and the many characters that helped build the famous estates up and down the tree lined streets. The piece will live in Mr. Hylands Beverly Hills HQ office.
