Brendan Murphy returned to Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, HI in February to unveil an original painting in support of Hawaii Pacific University athletics. Proceeds from limited-edition prints of the painting go to benefit HPU Athletics.
Murphy still holds the school men’s basketball record with 11 three pointers made in a single game. After winning the 1994 NAIA National Championship Murphy went on to play professional basketball in Germany before returning to New York City to start his art career with the likes of legendary artists like, Eric Fischl.
